By booking a service with Desert Superior Clean (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
Scope of Work: Services will be performed as described in your booking or proposal. Additional tasks or areas may incur extra charges.
Access: Client must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If access is delayed by more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time, we may need to adjust the service length or reschedule.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Check, Credit card, Apple pay and Zelle.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of $65.00.
Liability: While we take great care with your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly.
These terms may be updated without notice.
