2. Booking Terms

All cleaning appointments must be booked either through our online booking platform or confirmed via phone or text message.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Appointment times are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the rates and scope of service discussed.

3. Cancellations and Reschedules

We understand that schedules can change. To avoid fees:

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply if notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Missed appointments or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for excellence and want you to be fully satisfied with your cleaning.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including a return visit if necessary.This guarantee does not apply if the property was in an unsafe or excessively cluttered condition.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include:

Failure to provide timely payment may result in late fees or service denial.

6. Safety & Access

Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the property. All pets must be secured prior to our arrival to ensure safety for both your pets and our staff.If access is denied or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the service and a fee may apply.
